If you have made no effort to use our service for a website, and your website does not appear to be active; then per our terms of use your account will be suspended and or terminated.

In the future, to prevent this from happening, make effort to upload or replace the index file which comes with our account. Any accounts over 60 days old with 0 hits for the last 60 days may be permanently terminated!
To prevent this from effecting you, simply upgrade to a paid hosting package. As a Paying Client, your account will never be deleted unless you request it, or as otherwise stated preconditions.
