You can disable security measures
If you consistently getting Possible security problem detected! errors during login to members area, now you can disable these security measures by logging on to members area and clicking on your email.
FTP Password Update
For security reasons, at the end of every year, we reset FTP passwords for all accounts. To get your new FTP password logon to members area and goto CPanel -> View FTP Details. If new password still doesn't work, click on 'Change Account Password' icon and set another password.
