请教一下申请RU域名用哪个DNS好啊？

VD也不行了，第二天了，填了3个

NS1.VALUE-DOMAIN.COM
NS2.VALUE-DOMAIN.COM
NS3.VALUE-DOMAIN.COM

每次总有1到2个说是SOA记录无法获得：
