挂上VPN却可以访问，而且请求顺利通过了大墙。

不知道这样发ticket行不行。。。

If it still like that,I want to order a Dedicated IP. It can be helpful to resolve this problem?

All the visitors in China can't reach the server 184.82.133.2,and the new server(209.159.157.212) can be reached.
I think maybe the hostnoc adopt a measure to ban the IP address from China.
Because I can reach 184.82.133.2 via my VPS bought in Burst.net.
