000每隔1分钟给我发一份邮件,数据库无法访问

谁知道怎么回事啊访问网站也提示Error establishing a database connection昨天还好好的.phpmyadmin登陆不上.
最高3万ip的时候也只是偶尔出现数据库错误一般刷新下就可以,今天一上午了老是连接不上,000还每隔1分钟就给我发一份邮件提示mysql错误.在线等.

是个人博客,没放广告,不想浪费钱.最高是3万ip平时只8千左右
